Mandy Hollis
Director of Childcare Operations
Miss Mandy has been with the Cambridge Community Activities Program since 2010, Lead Teacher with CAP C.A.R.E. since 2014, and Director of Childcare operations since 2017.
Mandy earned an Associate of Arts in Early Child Development from Grand Rapids Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from UW Whitewater. She also holds a Program Development, Leadership, Diversity, and Administrator Credentials in Child Care, as well as a Wisconsin Training Professional Certification.
During her free time, you will find Mandy spending quality time with her daughters, Hope and Bella. She is also a volunteer EMT for the FITCHRONA & Jefferson EMS.
Mary Bielefeldt
Administrative Assistant
Miss Mary is the Administrative Aide for CAP CARE, and enjoys working with Miss Mandy and interacting with the staff and the children at CAP CARE! She has a Bachelor of Science degree in English Writing from Edgewood College in Madison and an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science. Miss Mary also enjoys teaching Water Aerobics at the Cambridge Pool. When she isn’t here, she usually has her nose in a book or is cooking or baking something in her kitchen.
Gabby Stachel
CAP CARE Coordinator
Miss Gabby joined our team in August of 2017. She was introduced to teaching in 2015 when she enrolled in a dual credit program in Highschool and Waukesha Technical College. She fell in love with the role of a teacher ever since. Miss Gabby also works as a Special Education Aide at the elementary school. She loves doing hands on activities like crafts and cooking with the kids here at Cap Care, and cannot wait to see what this school year has in store for her! The children love Gabby’s positive attitude and fun energy.
Meghan Servais
Child Care 4K Lead Teacher
Meghan Servais joined our team in the summer of 2019. She is honored to be a part of Cap Care. She has lived in Cambridge since 2010 and has loved becoming part of this great community. She and her husband have two children, Ester and Morrison, who attend Cambridge Elementary and now Cap Care. In their free time they love to camp, swim, and spend time with family. She loves being a part of Cap Care and is excited to help this great group of kids grow!
Abbey Stinner
Child Care Discovery Island Lead Teacher
Ms. Abbey has been a part of the team since 2018 and is an elementary PE Teacher in Janesville during the school year and works as a Lead Teacher at Cap Care in the summer for our Day Camp program. She attended UW-Whitewater majoring in Physical Education with a minor in Adapted PE/Health Education/Coaching. Ms. Abbey loves to engage the kids in activities that keep their minds and bodies moving! During her free time, Ms. Abbey enjoys kayaking, walking, reading, shopping and spending time with friends and family!
Jen Martinson

Hello, I am Jen Martinson. I have lived in Cambridge for 13 years with my husband Phil. I have been familiar with the CAP program since its beginning as my sister was the director of the Youth Center and Senior programs. I needed something new in my life so when I was offered the opportunity to work with CAP, I jumped in! I currently help out with the First Friends program and am an assistant teacher with CAP Care. I love getting to know the kids and learn new things right along with them. It is also fun to be in the school to see my niece and nephew as they grow.

Miss Kristin has been with the Cambridge Community Activities Program since 2008. Miss Kristin began teaching the First Friends program which has greatly flourished under her direction. In 2019 the program expanded to offer two additional days of First Friends. In the fall of 2016, Miss Kristin came on board with Cap Care as a co-teacher primarily during 4k wrap around time and helps us out occasionally after school.
Hope Hollis
CAP CARE Co-Teacher & Preschool Programming Teacher
Teacher Hope has been a part of CAP CARE since they were in Kindergarten. When they started High School they earned most of their Silver Cord Hours by volunteering at CAP CARE. In November 2021 Teacher Hope began working as an Assistant teacher. Since that time, they have been very excited making connections with all the kiddos in the program and introducing many new activities, crafts, and cooking projects. Teacher Hope is even excited to begin teaching new Preschool Activities in the Fall/Winter 2022-2023 brochure . In their free time, Teacher Hope enjoys spending time with their pets and makeup and set design for the Cambridge Deerfield Players as well as moulage for Jefferson EMS.
Johnathan "JJ" Jones
CAP CARE Assistant Teacher
Mr. JJ has been a lifeguard for the Cambridge Community Activities Program for two years and just recently started working for CAP Care. He is attending the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for exercise and sports science with a minor in nutrition on the pre-athletic training track. He also enjoys outdoor activities and doing anything on the water.
Bella Bamlett aka Bellyonce
CAP CARE Assistant Teacher
Miss Bella just joined CAP and CAP C.A.R.E as of this year. She is a recent Cambridge High School graduate who just finished her first year at Luther College in Decorah, IA studying Music Education. Bella also recently started working at the Cambridge Elementary school as a Substitute Aid where she found that she loves working with elementary students. She is super excited for the kids at CAP C.A.R.E to teach and aid her in her dream of becoming a teacher.

Miss Bella (cupcake) has been a part of CAP C.A.R.E. since moving to Cambridge in 2010. She attended CAP C.A.R.E. until aging out after 4th grade then returned as a volunteer in 8th grade where she volunteered until turning 15 years old earning all her Silver Cord hours as well as the CAP C.A.R.E. volunteer of the year award. This year Miss Bella returned once again as an employee where the balances working at CAP C.A.R.E. as well as a head lifeguard and swim instructor at the Cambridge pool and any other area needed within CAP. Miss Bella is currently a senior at Cambridge High School and taking college classes at UW Whitewater. In the fall she will be attending UW Lacrosse where she intends to major in Recreation Management with an emphasis in Tourism and join the Lacrosse swim team.
Amanda Punsel

Hello, my name is Miss Tiffany. I have been in childcare for over 7 years. Being in this field is educational, and rewarding. Seeing the children learn and enjoy learning is rewarding as well. I am looking forward to furthering my education and learn all there is to know about the childcare field. Since starting at CAP CARE I have felt myself blossom!
