The School District facilities are available for use to members or organizations of the Cambridge Community per Board of Education policy 830. Any community member or organization wishing to reserve space within the Cambridge School District should click on the link below to register as a calendar requester. Pending proper insurance coverage, you will be approved by the school district to become a requester, and you will be able to use the program to apply for reservations.

Equipment Rental
The School District tables and chairs are available for community use through the equipment rental process. Individuals interested in renting tables and chairs can simply download the School District Equipment Rental Form and return it to the CAP office.
