- Tuesday night lap swim extended to 7:00 PM
- NO LAP SWIM THURSDAY EVENINGS

Schedule Descriptions
Lap Swim- reserved for those swimming laps, water walking, or doing other forms of water exercise
Open/Lap Swim- pool space can be used for lap swimming, water exercise, or free use by adults or kids
Masters Swim- a program consisting of fun and challenging workouts that help improve stroke technique while building endurance
Aquacize- fun, upbeat, and challenging class that will increase you cardiovascular stamina while building muscle
Fit After 50- non-impact, cardiovascular workout is designed to build muscles, increase flexibility and improve functional fitness
Lessons- group lessons offered for parents and child, preschool aged individuals, and school aged individuals
Blue Fins- a competitive youth swim team open to any swimmer from Kindergarten to 12th grade
Scheduled Changes:
The pool will be closed ALL DAY on Saturday, May 17th for CAP all staff training.
