This sprint distance triathlon will take you along the shores of Lake Ripley, traveling scenic country roads and through beautiful downtown Cambridge. You will love the swim because at 7 am Lake Ripley is a no wake lake. The event will start and end at Ripley Park, an 18 acre beach front park complete with a brand new bathhouse, multiple shelters, a disc golf course, a playground for the kids, and much more! All triathletes will receive a medal and a t-shirt for participation.

Rules and Regulations
* Wetsuits may be worn
* Helmets and swim caps are MANDATORY. NO flotation devices will be allowed on the swim course.
* Drafting is NOT permitted. Penalties and disqualification will be given for drafting
* You MUST wear your velcro band with a timing chip on your ANKLE throughout the race. NO CHIP = NO TIME
* All athletes need to mount/dismount the bike at the mount/dismount line
* All runners are required to wear a bib number and it MUST face forward at the finish line
* Racers and Spectators must follow volunteer instructions at all times
Refund, Inclement Weather Policy, Packet Pick-Up & Body Marking
This event has a strict NO REFUND policy. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including race cancellation due to inclement weather. The race director reserves the right to cancel or alter the race and its course at any point in time to preserve racer safety.
Packet pick up will be available on Saturday, August 17 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Ripley Park in the Ripley Shelter. A course preview meeting will be conducted during packet pick up at 4:00 pm. Day of event packet pick up will be available from 5:30 – 6:15 a.m. only.
Body marking will also happen at the time of packet it up. Your race number and wave will be marked on your arm and leg. These markings are used to identify you and people in your wave at the start of the swim.
