Get a jump on the fall athletic season by improving, speed, power, and explosive ability under the guidance of Rob Nelles, the Cambridge Defensive Coordinator. This is a 6-week class that will push proper weight lifting techniques, introduce new lifts, along with speed and agility training. Spots are limited, make sure to sign up fast!
