First Friends Drop-In Program

Days: Thursdays, ongoing thru May 31 (no class 3/29)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Ages: 3 – 4
Location: CES Family Room
Instructor: Kristin Stockwell, Certified Teacher
Fee: $10 each Thursday
*Registrations due the Tuesday before each Drop – In

Designed to give children an opportunity to explore, invent, discover, create, share, and learn with other children. Every class will be divided into structured and open ended learning while focusing on fun. Free play, circle time, music, art, enrichment, story time, and movement will be incorporated every week in various ways. Children will develop social skills and independence while parents are free to run errands feeling confident their child is in a safe environment. Call the CAP office to register. Min 5 / Max 10

Start Smart Soccer

Dates: Mondays, April 23 – June 4(no class 5/28)
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Ages: 3 – 5 years & parent/guardian
Location: Ripley Park
Fee: $25 R / $38 NR

Start Smart is a developmentally appropriate introductory soccer program. This program prepares children and their parents for organized soccer in a fun environment without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt. Parents work together with children using age appropriate soccer equipment to teach kicking, dribbling, trapping, throw-ins and agility. Min 10 / Max 20

Parent Tot Adventures

Dates: Wednesdays, June 13 – July 25, (no class 7/4)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Ages: 2 – 3
Location: Ripley Park
Instructor: Atoi Sinclair, All Star Sports Programs
Fee: $20 R / $30 NR

Try this new program that will give you and your child an opportunity to bond and have fun together while learning a variety of sports. This class is great for simple motor skills such as; catching, throwing, batting, shooting, passing, and anything that involves hand–eye coordination. Parents participate with the child as we play soccer, basketball, hockey, t–ball, and many other sports. Min 6 / Max 12

Super Sports for Tots

Dates: Wednesdays, June 13 – July 25, (no class 7/4)

3 - 4 9:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
4 - 6 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Location: Ripley Park
Instructor: Atoi Sinclair, All Star Sports Programs

A fun filled class that will teach your little superstar the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship, while attempting to spark an interest in a variety of sports. We will cover favorites like; basketball, hockey, soccer, baseball, football, and more. Min 6 / Max 12

Learn to Golf

Dates: Wednesdays, June 13 – July 25, (no class 7/4)
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Ages: 4 – 7
Location: Ripley Park

Fee: $20 R / $30 NR

Join us for a great opportunity to introduce your child to golf! Children will participate in a number of fun drills and games as they learn rules and proper etiquette. We will work on their golf swing while having fun! Min 6 / Max 12

Ages: 3 – 5 & parent/guardian

Eggtastic Art

Date: Thursday, April 5
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Eggs provide a perfect shape to get creative with art. Color mixing will also be discussed and explored as we have fun with eggs. Come ready to get messy and have fun together. Min 5 / Max 12

Artist at the Beach

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Ages: 3 – 5
Location: Ripley Park, Ripley Shelter
Instructor: Kristin Stockwell, Certified Art Teacher
Fee: $7 R / $10 NR

Calling all toddlers! Join CAP once a month at Ripley Park for arts and craft time. Your child will have the opportunity to bring home themed projects of their own creation! Projects will be fun to create and will make great gifts. Children should wear old clothes to class. Please plan to be in attendance to aide your child. Registration is required for all classes. Minimum 5 participants.

June 21 – My Own Little Garden
July 19 – Canvas Flags
August 16 – Make a Kite
